Cairo Patch

Ubuntu has been able to achieve a perfect font rendering, thanks to their
excellent patches for the stock libfreetype6, libcairo2, libxft2 and fontconfig
libraries. I've downloaded the patches for Karmic and attached with this bug
report. Please patch cairo, freetype, fontconfig and xft with these patches :)

I have some guidelines on the patching from Arch's AUR at:-

These PKGBUILDs are for Jaunty patches, but they should work well with Karmic
as well.
