So, we will definitely release Debian etch with shadow 4.0.18.1

That's fortunate because the efforts we made along with Tomasz during
the 1.5 year have lead us to a quite rock solid shadow package.

From now, this means that, in the SVN, the "etch" branch must be kept
safe of any code change, except for release critical issues.....or
l10n fixes.

These fixes must be committed in both the trunk and the etch branch.

All other fixes must go to the trunk only.

Th enext upstream version will be uploaded to experimental.

Now it's time for the next stage of the freeze. As of today, base packages
are frozen, along with the following "non-essential" toolchain packages:
* debhelper
* cdbs
* bison
* python and python2.4
* gcj
* autoconf* && automake*
