It would be great if passwd/chsh/chfn would automagically change NIS
passwords when the pwent is obtained server from a NIS server.

This issue of supporting changing GECOS information with chfn and chsh
for NIS accounts has to chance to be ever fixed as everyone agrees
that it does not belong to passwd utilities.

As a consequence, I see no real point in keeping this opened forever
and the chance that it's reported again is pretty low.

Joey Hess incited developers and bug submitters to look at wontfix
bugs. Hence doing so..:)
