i18n programs are increasingly having to move to incorporating ISO-639-3, because \
there simply aren't enough two-letter codes for the languages into which software is \
being localized.

Debian, for example, already has a large group of three-letter languages localized.

We do need to integrate ISO-639-3 into our internationalization process.
