 Reported against:
 * Pidgin 2.10.9

 Steps to reproduce:
 * Tools -> Settings -> Themes
 * Drag & drop smiley theme .tar.gz file on dialog
 * Modify file "theme" inside .tar.gz and drop that file again

 Expected result:
 * Dialog shows the latest content from the modifid "theme" file.

 Actual result:
 * Dialog does not reflect the modifications of the "theme" file but still
 shows the first version

 Workarounds:
 * Either delete the unpacked content of the .tar.gz file from libpurple's
 config folder (tedious and error-prone) or rename the top folder of the
 .tar file (ugly, as each new version of the smiley theme is listed
 separately in the dialog then)

 Proposed solution:
 * Automatically overwrite existing piding config folder if name of folder
 in .tar is unchanged.
