 (chat.messagingengine.com) fails with the following error: "The
 certificate for chat.messagingengine.com could not be validated. The
 certificate chain presented is invalid."

 The "DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA" certificate is not included with
 Pidgin 2.10.7 for Windows

 Export the required certificate from the Windows certificate store and
