 atom8bit, I'm going to make this quite simple for everyone involved and
 explain how translations are handled.  Each language we have a translation
 for has a current translator.  Translations are accepted '''''only'''''
 from the current translator.  Translations for the same language submitted
 by anyone else are ignored until such time as the current translator
 states he/she wishes to be replaced or the current translator has
 neglected to submit updates for a significant amount of time (at least one
 year).

 Currently, Trac user samant is our Russian translator.  It doesn't matter
 to us how many Russian translations from others are submitted or who those
 others are; they will all be ignored in favor of samant's translations
 until samant "retires" or ceases to be active.

 In short, I intended to ignore your comments entirely and accept samant's
 translation.  I have responded for the sole purpose of clarifying matters.
