 When you delete a buddy from your (msn) list, the next time pidgin is
 started (either on the same machine or on a machine where these buddies
 were not removed) these buddies are added to the list again and pidgin
 reports that there are contacts in the local list that are not on the
 server list. it also asks if you want to add them to the list or not.
 saying "no" will only remove them from the list temporarily again because
 the next time Pidgin is started, these buddies are once again added and
 the same thing happens over and over again.
