OK, I figured that part out. For some reason, it was set to not display off=
line Buddies, so I fixed that. But I can't seem to get the thing to show me=
the list of rooms so I can join a group.

It is telling me that I already added that buddy and do I want to merge acc=
ounts. I said Yes, but I am not seeing the buddy listed in the main window.=
How do I get the buddy to appear in the main window list? I added her to t=
he Buddies group.

Thank you,
Lee

Subject: can't add buddies

Hello,

I have managed to get the client to add my account, but I can't see any lis=
ts for group rooms, and I can't add anyone else as a buddy.

I looked at the instructions, and the form that comes up when I click on Ad=
d Buddy. Thought I filled it in correctly, but it does nothing. I tried add=
ing the other person as an account, but of course I don't know their passwo=
rd so that can't be right. All I have is the person's email address and I k=
now their alias. But I can't get anywhere. I don't even know enough to know=
 what to ask you~!

Can you please help? What do I need?

Thanks,
Lee
