It's probably how many times you ran the upgrade script.

The admin links is just a block so delete the extra ones.

The Tasks and Submission Queue get added each time it's run without any 
checking.  This is because there are just too many variables on an upgrade 
and all that has to be done to correct is delete them in the Block Admin.  
It doesn't affect the public website.
