I was wondering if phplib can be used on the same server as imp. Phplib
requires
    magic_quotes_gpc = On
while imp requires
    magic_quotes_gpc = Off

can phplib work with magic_quotes_gpc = off
    or
is the only way around this to run two seperate apache servers?
