Got the msg below today in my mailbox. For those that do not read
Spanish, the originator is asking for permission to redistribute the
Spanish translation in his web site, I imagine that he is referring to
the one on-line, and I am not sure he is aware of the nightly snapshot
at snaps.php.net/manual/ which is simple HTML.

In principle it should not be a problem, if the origin and other info
about the manual is kept along with it as he is mentioning it will.

Sending it to the list FYI, and CC'ing the originator of the msg.

Hola, le quería solicitar una cosilla :) Mi página
www.manualesgratis.com se 
dedica a (es particular soy su creador y autor) listar todos los
manuales que 
encontremos pero para ser leidos OFFLINE, o sea para descargar, pero
en la 
proxima version que voy a lanzar en breve me gustaría meter una
sección de 
manuales ONLINE y estaba pensando que con lo que se oye hablar del
PHP3 y la de 
manuales que me solicitan pues quería saber si podría utilizar su
manual, pero 
logicamente tendría que copiarlo ya que tendría que adecuarlo al
formato de mi 
página, tambien le comento que tanto la dirección de la página como la
lista de 
autores que lo ha creado aparecerá por todos los lados del manual, yo
solo 
quiero reproducirlo identico pero con mi formato para que les llegue a
muchas 
más personas.

Bueno pues la pregunta está hecha... ¿me darían el permiso? Espero que
si para 
hacer que PHP3 se extienda más y llegue a mucha más gente... yo
utilizo ASP 
aunque ahora ando aprendiendo algo de PHP3 :)
