Modifying user notes is supposed to be an exception.  Preferably, notes
should be integrated into the manual proper, or should be rejected, if

This said, are you still interested in helping with the documentation?
If so, please consider to provide some patches via
<https://edit.php.net/> first.  Please ping the list, if any eventually
submitted patches are not addressed timely.
