Subject:    [PHP-WINDOWS] Warning Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) FTP dll again

I tried using the ftp dll but have yet to get it working . I know my include
path is correct but it seems there is a problem with the file itself.  I get
the message that is show in the subject when i try to launch it.
