Hello together,

i think that windows.php.net need a "clean up".
The last news on the start page are from 10th April 2014.

I think the website could be reduced to the following items:
- Downloads
  - Normal
  - QA Releases
  - Snapshots
- General informations
  - pecl
  - "Which version do i choose"
  - Team
- Link to php.net

News and other things just need to be viewed on php.net

Other possible solution would be to integrate it on php.net directly?
