Yeah, a little embarassing - I forgot to run SetVars.bat from the
SDK. Sorted that.
Even so, doing the following doesn't reveal a new php_mssql.dll:
cscript configure.js --with-mssql
nmake
I don't get a link error, but neither do I get a php_mssql.dll. I do
get new php_gd2.dll though :)
