Fixed in php, changed this:
$auth->Username = new SoapVar($this->Username, XSD_STRING, "Username",
MY_NAMESPACE);  
 
to:
$auth->Username = new SoapVar($this->Username, XSD_STRING, null, null,
"Username", MY_NAMESPACE);
