Another bug, multiline descriptions of classes get
scrunched together w/o a space in between, this causes
that lines like:

/**
 * This class defines a PDB Atom
 * with fields from the Protein Databank
 * atom record specs
... (etc.)

Renders as:

This class defines a PDB Atom
with fields from the Protein Databankatom record specs

I.e. the first and second line get the <br> OK the
rest just get appended to the second one w/o
intervining spaces.

Also, I think that tags such as <ul>, <ol>, <li>, <a>,
<br>, etc. in the documentation should not be mangled.
Javadoc lets them pass w/o changes, but PHPDoc uses
htmlspecialchars() in
renderer/html/PhpdocHTMLRenderer.php for that purpose.
If this is a design feature, then it should respect
the explicit line breaks, so text lists can be made
w/o them getting scrunched together as the above
example show
