iconv, mb, and grapheme functions need to be modified the same way as binar=
y string ones. In each case, I will apply the same mechanisms already appli=
ed to the the _substr() function, which already support negative offset and=
 length.

BTW, it allowed me to discover that NULL is already used as default value f=
or length, at least in grapheme_substr() and mb_substr(). So, it confirms m=
y idea of extending this to every other 'length' parameter.
