PHP-GTK(2) is for use on the DESKTOP not on a server - unless the user
has php-gtk installed on their local system it can't be used...
If you just want to use the same cli for generic php commandline scripts
and for php-gtk2 apps, the easiest thing to do is to specify the
php.ini you want to use when invoking the script. Check out the
manual's -c option.
