http://gtk.php.net/manual/en/gtk.gtkstyle.constructor.php shows you
exactly how to do that (I agree it's fairly well hidden).

Searching the manual for 'font' gives you GdkFont, which links to
gdk::font_load() - I think that 'not found' is actually down to you :)
