Yes, it does. That's one of the most intensively used tools in my database
toolbox. It also allows you to create visual schemas of the relationships you
wish to create between your data. Pretty hefty tool, even for all shortcomings
and faults in it. (It's still rather development but the main core is stable
enough for everyday use.)
