I agree this should be improved. Meanwhile, you can use a Chrome extension like \
Stylish or UserCSS; add this CSS for the php.net domain:

Just to be clear, are you talking about the negatively scored comments at the bottom \
of some manual pages, or are you referring to something else?

As a person with vision impairment, I find it extremely difficult to use the current \
documentation website whereas specifically the "dimming" of code samples until the \
mouse pointer brings focus to them makes it very difficult to see if that code sample \
is relevant to what I am searching for. Not to mention the constant "dimming" affects \
my ability to focus well enough to read the sample code - just to evaluate if it is \
relevant to what I am searching for.

PLEASE!! Stop the fancy pansy presentation "gimmicks" and just give me a website with \
easy to read information (read clear text) that does not cause additional strain and \
discomfort on my already weak vision.
