This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

mention that as of PHP 5.4 E_STRICT *is* included within E_ALL:

"Note: 

 In PHP 5 a new error level E_STRICT is available. As E_STRICT is not included within \
E_ALL you have to..."
