The ordering of the versions in the PHP 5 Changelog is strange. Currently
it runs:

  Version 5.3.1   19-November-2009 
  Version 5.2.12  17-December-2009 
  Version 5.2.11  16-September-2009 
  Version 5.3.0   30-June-2009 
  Version 5.2.10  18-June-2009 

... which is neither in version order nor strictly in date order!

Personally, I would expect it to be in version order regardless of date
released, but definitely not this current jumble.
