This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

It would be great if one could set chunking depths per element instead
of relying on hard-coded per-element rules.
Good would be a 'phpdoc:chunk="true"' attribute for the <section> (or
any other xml:id-containing) tag
