you can fix this and address a few other issues all at once if (sorry to be
redundant...I know I addressed this in another thread) there was a way to
throw up a window showing users all new postings on all new boards since a
user configurable date (hour?)

Users can then track any threads they want (we get upwards of 200 posts/day,
and it's nowhere near unwieldy yet).

Doesn't need to be threaded, just sorted 1. by board, 2. by subject, and 3.
by date
