Yup, it was me.  Brian's computerless until next week some time.  I should
have been able to do it today, but I've had something come up that I have
to deal with.  

Probably looking at tonight or tomorrow for a pre-release on 3.1.1.  I'd
love to have some help testing when it comes out.  There are still a few
couple bugs outstanding in the CVS:
- viewing messages in flat view when there are messages pending approval in
the thread triggers an error message
- still some cookie strangeness, but it's much better than 3.1.0
- I'm going to rewrite the table creation logic so that the _bodies table
is created in
the same query as the main table.  This should avoid the problems we've
seen where one gets created without the other...
