i added the following code to my list.php3 file somewhere around line 170 
to add the forum title to the nav bar:

<td align="left" valign="bottom" nowrap <?PHP echo bgcolor($NavColor); 
?>><b><?PHP echo $ForumName; ?></b></td>

works like a champ...)
