Hi,
I noticed that with Postgres 9.6 and SSL version 1.1.0 on windows 10 the
following exception is thrown in case of a connection lost:
*SSL SYSCALL error: No error (0x00000000/0)*

We have a regression test for this scenario and before the ssl version
update to 1.1.0 from 1.0.2 the thrown issue was different.
