We do get some requests mainly because when peaple start using gpg etc.
or hitting webfrontends that use the standard x-hkp port in their form,
come to us and want to know if our keyserver is not working. They do not
notice the different port in the URL...

Usually we direct them either to their (firewall) admins and to Jasons
port 80 PHP web frontend for his keyserver...

I remember about 5 requests from individuals. But maybe this question should
better be asked in a gpg/pgp user mailing list?
