Hi, 

Since sks.keyserver.penguin.de is now 'official'
Keyserver for TU-Braunschweig (pgpkeys.tu-bs.de), 
the computing centre was kind enough to provide 
an MX entry for this machine. 

Everyone who is sending email-incrementals to 
sks-updates@penguin.de at the moment, please 
change the sync-address to:

pgp-public-keys@pgpkeys.tu-bs.de
--------------------------------

The old address was a workaround, since our 
University is blocking direct smtp-connections 
from outside and the keyserver was only 
experimental.
