Hi all,

Can anybody tell me what the meaning of a key id is?  EG, given that I
have 04BC8754 for a key on http://www.keyserver.net/, do other keyservers
use this ID?  How is the ID computed?  I imagine it's a serial number for 
the local keystore and isn't shared with other keystores...
