We know, but we have to use whatever our $syncsite configures for
$this_site so we don't generate extra traffic for them. So the .cz
keyserver operator needs to initiate this change.
On that note, does pgp.ael.be's $this_site match my $syncsite of
pgp AT pgp.ael.be?
