My signature from 0xCFC100F5 (trustcenter.de) on 0x09590cfd happened
after they sent me a nonce encrypted to my key, and also sent me
another nonce via postal service as a registered item (so that I had to
provide my ID to a postal clerk before I was able to retrieve it). I
had to provide both nonces in the return E-mail (signed by my key) for
them to sign my key.... It's not as good as them seeing me in person,
but the risk of collusion necessary to really mess this up might be low
enough for some activities which want better than casual checks.
	Peter
