I don't have those pgp user dotfiles either. I presume this is coming
from systemwide bashrc and profile files, or from some general exim
override (I don't think there is one). I'm pretty sure though, that scripts
called from exim really should have the basic path by default. Otherwise,
something is broken, and a _lot_ of scripts won't run. You shouldn't
have to put a default path in every script.
