I do not know about OKS. pks does not regard the date of key
generation. You will find keys dated 2020 in the keyring...

OKS: do not know. pks: no, yes

They would not care. But they will perhaps resend such a "delted" key to
your server...
You can ignore that of course - but if it contains new keymaterial,
servers which get updates only from you will not get it.

There are different point of views for that. So I do not give a summary
here ;-)
