With hosting generously provided by Javier Henderson, I am pleased
to announce a new (US-based, pks, FreeBSD-powered) keyserver at:

	web/HKP:     http://keyserver.kjsl.com:11371/
	email/sync:  pgp-public-keys AT kjsl.com

The pks version is 0.9.4+patch2+JHpatch2. JHpatch2 is explained on
my website (see below) under /patches and will be released a bit later.
Note that I have not reloaded the v4 RSA keys yet.

(This server will be moved to a new facility in the coming weeks
so expect a little downtime; sync messages should not bounce, however.)

I would like to get sync messages from as many servers as possible.
I am already sending sync messages to most servers I know about.
(Is anyone from demon.net reading this list?)  Full and incremental
keydumps are available by request.
