It is NOT permanently. We are about to move the whole keyserver to a new
domain (since november last year, actually). But we are still waiting for
the ok of our domain adminstration... (We should get it next week or we
will look for another solution.)

Until now we run the keyserver on one of our lab's machine's running a lot
of our stuff. But this is no longer possible since our sysadmin does not
want it anymore. They have some problems with the mailserver and it is
always the keyserver which is blamed...
