No, they won't, it will just prevent the inclusion of any new corruptions
into the database. But as a keyserver admin, you can always delete them
using "pksclient" and re-add them from somewhere else (or from an own dump
made previously, this will also not re-integrate the corruptions).

I checked the key on wwwkeys.ch.pgp.net, where 0x09C099F7 looks fine. What
exactly can't you do with your key? I would say that all operations (such
as adding additional user IDs, signatures, revocation certificates) should
just work fine.
