Since one year ago, I'm thinking next generation OpenPGP keyserver,
which should be build on GNUPG/GPL.

Last year, I submited my keyserver proposal to Japanese governmental
security project but it was failed easily. I think that they don't
like GNU. They love something which is provided by Microsoft or
big-name IT companies.

This year, government start to seek new proposal for the next budget
term. Submit dead line is March. I'll try it again.

If I failed again ;-<, I will abandon my idea of NG-OpenPGP keyserver.
And I'm thinking that I start to fix some problems on
pksd-0.9.4+patch2.
