My keyserver will be moved from single-keydb to splited-keydb after 2
or 3 weeks later, new additional HDD coming.  I'm asking new HDD for
JPNIC which is my patron and rent me hard/network properties for pgp
keyserver.

I didn't find any problem yet while I tested splited-keydb.
