Reminder to all, that we're now in the pre-5.40 release freeze, so be
careful what code gets merged to blead. Documentation updates, critical
bugfixes etc.. only for now, until we have 5.40 out the door. If
there's any doubt as to the criticality of a fix, please reach out to a
PSC member for review. Our github names are @book, @haarg, @leonerd.

If people are wanting to work on some new features, by all means do so
on a branch. Now is actually an excellent time for that because this
month of freeze means a nice stable blead to target, so rebasing should
be trivial. If you think you have something worth public review and
comment, you can open a *draft* PR and mark it with the
"defer-next-dev" label, so we know not to merge it for now.
