  Resolved Issues

     * [7]Perl #131726: [Win32] perl.h remaps strtoll and strtoull
       incorrectly.
     * [8]Perl #78288: ref and other ops are inefficient in boolean context.

Suggested Patches

   Father Chrysostomos [9]provided (Re: destabilizing mergesort) a patch to
   allow unstable sorting.

   Tony Cook provided a patch for [10]Perl #131777: signatures accept fancy
   assignment operators.

   Tony also provided a patch for [11]Perl #131793: heap-buffer-overflow in
   Perl_sv_vcatpvfn_flags.

   Sullivan Beck [12]provided a patch to update [13]Locale::Codes from 3.52
   to 3.53.

Discussion

   Jim Keenen [14]asks whether the POSIX 2008 functions could be implemented
   in core, and whether they should.
