Am trying to install msi version of activestate onto my winNT 4.0 
workstation sp 6.a.  After answering the configuration questions I click 
on the "install" button and get a premature end of installation with a 
recommendation that I try again later.  I tried with two separate 
downloads.  Could not see anything on the site which applies.  Any 
thoughts.  This is my fourth installation and the first outright failure.
