Subject:    error installing win32-setupsup

When installing the latest version of win32-setupsup (ver 1.0.1.0) via
ppm I get the error below.  I'm running Perl build 626.

ppm install C:\downloads\perl\SetupSup\win32-setupsup.ppd
Can't find unicode character property definition via main->e or e.pl at
unicode/Is/e.pl line 0

When attempt the install using install.pl with the package it bombs out
stating "Wrong build number".   Is this module not compatible with Perl
5.6.x?
