Hi,

I'm a new user of Perl.
I've downloaded a module (Text-CSV_XS-0.21) and try to follow the README to
make it work but I am missing some programs.

Below is a part of the README file

Build/Installation:
    Standard build/installation supported by ExtUtils::MakeMaker(3)...
1)  perl Makefile.PL
2)  make
3)  make test
4) make install
[..]

Operation 1) : no problem
But from 2) I am stuck because I do not have the "make"  program on my W2K
computer.

Where do I find this application ?
