http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/ is our 5.6
repository, while http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/ is
for 5.8. You can access them within the ppm shell by setting
the repository to
  http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/cgi-bin/ppmserver?urn:/PPMServer
for 5.6 and to
  http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/cgi-bin/ppmserver?urn:/PPMServer58
for 5.8.
