That's great! And to be honest, 29.5 GB is not a LOT of bandwith if
you'd compare it with what a download mirror serving DVD ISOs of linux
dists would face. CPAN dists are really quite small on average, in
comparison.
Are all parts of metacpan.org CDN'ed and high-available, i.e. the CPAN
mirror at https://cpan.metacpan.org ?
