Subject: Is perldap thread-safe ?

Hello Graham,

I really appreciated it using perl threads for more than a year. Now, I
want to get more experience in perldap as well. Thus, the question to
me is, can I run (perl)ldap searches each started in a separate perl
thread ? Are there any side effects ? My experience is, there are
some. But, to be honest, I don't know at all, whether perldap was
ever released for that.

If you don't know about either, maybe there is anyone else who
experienced in that way ...

Thanks for your help,
Leo.
